cyberwhirled offers media design and implementation services ranging from our forté, web design, to corporate identity, to multimedia extravaganzas and everything in between. We have experience in designing and building everything from small business sites to large corporate sites, in fields ranging from finance to entertainment. Our primary goal is to meet your needs, whatever they may be. If you're not sure what you need, we can help you figure that out, too. Occasionally a client needs a service that cyberwhirled doesn't provide -- we'll steer you in the right direction and help you get connected to the right people.

Pricing

We prefer to price any large scope projects as a whole. This benefits both parties, as it tends to save you money and us time. To determine the price of your project, we estimate two things: complexity and time. To determine the complexity of your project, we'll talk to you and determine your wants needs. Then based on our experience with different aspects of your project, we will determine approximately how much time will be involved. This is also the basis of our delivery dates. We will submit a proposal to you outlining the collateral we will deliver and the price we will charge. Also included will be any charges not covered, such as domain name registration and hosting fees. For per project pricing, we require payment on a 33/34/33 schedule (33% due prior to start of work, 34% due upon approval of design, and the final 33% due upon launch). Any refunds necessary will be pro-rated based on the hourly rates below.


If you only need a few graphics, or a bit of tech support or maintenance, hourly is probably the way to go. For regular maintenance, ask about our retainer structure.
